By using the supplied double side tape, the Hour Meter fits to the bike in just a few seconds. Interpreting the vibrations on the frame on which it is applied, Hour Meter detects motor operation by discriminating casual vibrations from those given off by a running motor. The Hour Meter device is completely waterproof and designed to work even in the most extreme conditions. The Hour Meter has two meters: one with the resettable partial count and the other records the total hours of operation. The battery is integrated and guarantees operation for six years
